We silly human beings have a tendency to make really simple things extremely complicated. For example, most of my patients come to me not drinking enough water.

And this isn’t a secret! They know it. In fact they tell me they’re not drinking enough.

But they tell me, “It’s so hard!” And I wonder, “Isn’t harder to be constipated, have headaches all the time, and sore, achy, crampy muscles?”
