
Recently while visiting my kittie, Maurice while he hung about outside I noticed all the beautiful, medicinal herbs in my front yard.
In this video you'll learn how I might use three common garden herbs as medicine in my naturopathic practice. I cover Lavender (Lavendula augustifolia), St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum), and Dandelion (Taraxacum Officinalis).
You'll also see how my cat ignores me most of the time.
